Financial Aid - Undergraduate Program

  1. The BE Department offers some assistance programs for undergraduate students:

    • Travel grants. The BE Travel Assistance Grant is a competitive award offered by the department to help undergraduate and graduate students experience presenting research results at conferences or professional society meetings. The objective is to make resources available to students to help make this experience feasible. The department has funding for one graduate travel grant per semester and one undergraduate travel grant per year. Application form here

    • Registration fee assistance for the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. We recognize that the exam registration fee is expensive. We are fortunate that we have alumni who both value the FE exam AND understand the financial burden that the FE exam can impose. Currently, the department can help defray half the cost of the FE exam registration fee. Application form here

  2. The University of Arizona also provides separate financial aid for undergraduates:

    • U of A Undergrad Financial Aid Office

    • Scholarship Universe
