Kamel Didan receives NASA Award

The Biosystems Engineering department would like to congratulate Dr. Kamel Didan is receiving an award for his work in Maintaining the Twenty Years T/A MODIS Vegetation Index Algorithms and Product Time Series. Dr. Kamel Didan will be funded by NASA Headquarters to work with the MODIS Land and calibration team to monitor and tackle multiple issues and ensure the growth of the MODIS IV time series. This will help NASA’S long-term Earth science objectives while also serving the community.
